CORPORATE ACTIVITIES

Mr. Siu Wai Yip, Executive Director of Chinlink International Holdings Limited, and GSVlabs, a global innovation hub headquartered in Silicon Valley of the United States, welcomed the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce and the Shaanxi Provincial economic and trade delegation to visit GSVlabs' headquarters in Silicon Valley. Chinlink, its subsidiary MCM Holdings Limited through partnering with GSVlabs will bring Silicon Valley's innovation resources and culture to China. The collaboration aims to create a favourable innovation and entrepreneurship environment for Xi'an startups and the first innovation centre in Xi'an will be opened in next year.

During the visit, Mr. Nikhil Sinha, Chief Executive Officer of GSVlabs, and Mr. Alec Wright, Chief Innovation Officer of GSVlabs, presented the unique innovation and shared culture of Silicon Valley and GSVlabs services which include the online startup resources platform, the GSV Passport^TM, and offline accelerator services that can nurture startups at different growth stages. Mr. Li Shengrong, Deputy Director-General of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, introduced the macro investment environment and industrial advantages of Shaanxi Province to GSVlabs. He hoped Chinlink would bring the resources of Silicon Valley to Shaanxi Province, and provide potential startups in Shaanxi Province a special opportunity for international development through the collaboration with GSVlabs.
